I have yet to write an online review for anything, good or bad, however, my experience at The Wright Corner was so POSITIVE, I feel compelled to proclaim my total satisfaction. When dealing with people's personal computers, one must possess patience, respect, empathy, and most of all, know-how. Mr. Wright displays all these traits, especially in respect to his knowledge of computers. He knows of what he speaks, and it shows in the speedy, thorough, flawless work he does. I trust he can do it all when it comes to computers. Thank you SO much, Mr. Wright! As long as you're in the area, you'll be the first guy I go to, or send anyone to, for that matter.

Robert is professional, friendly, honest, and very good at what he does. This is top-notch computer repair at super reasonable rates. From data recovery and software problems, to hardware issues, Robert always seems to know just how to get everything back into operating order, and how to do it as inexpensively as possible. I was using a computer to display a six projector video piece in a not-for-profit contemporary art gallery in Williamsburg, and 36 hours before my show was to open, my custom computer, shipped from Chicago, flat-lined. This was not a normal exhibition but one that also had a live performance component in the backyard courtyard. In addition to a performer, there were many people involved in support positions and a last-minute cancellation would have been a real betrayal of my colleagues and in addition, a loss of thousands of dollars,. I had no idea what to do, and decided to do a search for a local PC guy near where I was staying in the Prospect Park area. I found amazing reviews of Robert Wright and the Wright Corner and decided to take a risk, and bring my computer back there, rather than using a larger more corporate place in Manhattan. My husband met him at his door at the opening hour. It was a great decision! Robert dropped everything to help us. He was the best medicine we could have had. He is calm, knowledgeable, kind and steady under fire. He diagnosed my problem correctly, advised me where to find another of the rare 6-output graphic cards I needed at the best rate, and charged me a more than reasonable rate. He saved the show, and made me believe again in the wonderful possibilities of human nature. Thank you Robert! I can't recommend this man more highly!

I cannot yell from the rooftops more about this business and I'd never met this man before I called them up based upon some good reviews I saw online. Mr. Robert Wright is a complete professional. I am so thrilled with his work and his integrity. I had two computers repaired in one week--my desktop and a laptop. He gave me clear, complete information on what the costs would be before he started working on them. He charged very fair fees and picked up my computer and delivered it at no extra charge. He was right on time and communicated often to me via email about the progress on my computer. I needed a complete rebuild because my desktop hard drive had failed. I knew this before I gave it to him. He rebuilt it and it's working like a dream. I did not have to buy a new computer! He cleaned up my laptop and it's working much faster than previously and I am very satisfied. I do not know Mr. Wright personally but I already recommended him to friends and family because of the quality of his work, his integrity, his friendly timely service and his more than fair pricing. It's a bit scary to hand over your computers to a complete stranger and hope that they are going to do the right thing and not hold your computer hostage and charge high fees. I found someone I could trust and I'm thrilled.

The Wright Corner recently helped fix my boyfriend's computer when it kept shutting down and we didn't know why. They were courteous and competent and saved him a lot of money. Then only this morning the same computer contracted a facebook scam virus, that uninstalled avast and put a fake anti-virus programme on. I used Wright Corner to set up my store POS system and for regular POS "check-ups" and was always pleased with the good service
at a reasonable price. But the lifesaving part came when my system was infected by a nasty virus at 4.30pm on a Friday night
going into a busy pre-holiday weekend. Robert paid an emergency weekend visit and went above and beyond to get the problem fixed. While I would have paid any price to get the system back up and running, Robert's fees were more than fair.
I've worked with corproate IT departments which wouldn't have been as responsive! Can't recommend highly enough!!
